I know.  I was at the bar too.  The convention was in beautiful downtown Waterbury, CT.  He is very nice and he does work in the federal court system.

When I told him what I did, he said I was a bad guy.  I told him I don’t work for EEOC which is what he thought.

EEOC dismisses a lot of cases but gives right to sue letters.

They do not investigate as many cases as the state agencys.

Thanks for the info.  I know his contact info must be around here somewhere.

Had cocktails with him in Atlanta too.  
I think you might have been with us as well.  Remember, when I got a scholarship?  I know you were at that convention.

btw- What ever happened to Jim McCarthy? He no longer works for national.

I think he's the president of the Colorado affiliate, and he's a very nice guy (he was our National rep a few years back and we chatted for a while at the bar post banquet). I don't remember if he has hiw own law firm, or works for someone else--perhaps even national. Keep trying--he'll get back to you.
