Hi all,

This morning, we received the sad news that Bob Lynch passed away on Friday, April 19th. Many of you remember Bob from his active participation in our affiliate in the 80s and early 90s. He helped reorganize the New Haven Chapter in the early 90s; he was very active in the Diabetic Division, both as an officer and organizing several seminars; these are just a couple of the many ways that Bob made our affiliate a better one.

Personally, I will always smile when I think of Bob. I have great memories of spending time with him and his wife Micki at state conventions. One year, on Friday night, Rich Violette brought all his equipment and was playing dj of the night. Bob and I sat there talking about favorite songs and asking Rich to play them. We laughed a lot that night. Bob was a good man, and he will be missed by a lot of people. His obituary is cut and pasted below for those who are interested.

Lucia
