[Ct-nfb] Motor Vehicle Safety Comments Needed

Fellow Federationists:

As you probably know, the Pedestrian Safety Enhancement Act institutes a minimum noise emission for motor vehicles.  We need to make sure that those sounds put into the motor vehicles actually sound like motor vehicles.  Some people have expressed interest in putting what are effectively ringtones on their cars that could sound like UFOs or good old music.  We need cars to sound like cars so that we know what they are when they're coming.
