[Ct-nfb] How much can we do?

If she has a housekeeper, stating the obvious here, "Why can't the
housekeeper clean the rugs?"  If there are hoarding or serious health
issues or her boarders are taking advantage of her, then refer to adult
protective  and let them assess.  If there is a question of animal abuse,
refer to SPCA or animal control.
