Are you following our affiliate's Twitter account?

Tweeting at us and retweeting our tweets are just the beginning of the many ways that we can reach more potential members and keep current members in the loop about affiliate happenings!

If you don't yet use Twitter, it's super simple, and that's coming from someone who only learns new technologies when he absolutely has to learn them. The basic unit of communication is a "Tweet," which is limited to no more than 140 characters, so nobody has to read anything for very long.

If you want some coaching on how to get started, please reach out to me.

An example of a recent tweet from our affiliate account is:
@wesleyan_u<https://mobile.twitter.com/wesleyan_u> Join our new chapter in Middletown! Next meeting is Saturday October 18 from 12-2 PM, Russell Library, 123 Broad St #nfb75in75<https://mobile.twitter.com/search?q=nfb75in75&s=hash>

In that quick shot of communication, we invited Wesleyan University to join our new chapter meeting in Middletown and showed off our success to the committed Federationists following our 75 Days of Action.

If you can use email, you can use Twitter.

I hope to see you tweeting around!

Yours,

Justin Salisbury
