[Ct-nfb] Birdies for Charity

Good afternoon Lucia,

I'm not aware of our chapter making a pledge this year, please correct me if I'm mistaken. Or if any of the individuals, in my chapter made a pledge and didn't honor it, I'd like to know that as well.

According to my latest records, there are five of you that have not honored your Birdies for Charity pledge as of this notice.
  
Due to my past experience with the Traveler’s, you may have sent in your pledge/donation & it was not recorded on the master list.  In lieu of this fact, I would appreciate it very much if you would take the time to check your records.  You should have received a paid confirmation either by mail or via e mail.   If you can not find this paid receipt please contact me immediately.  I will be away from September 10th until September 18th.  Therefore, it is imperative that you do this at your earliest possible convenience so that I may have the necessary time to rectify this problem.
 
If for what ever the reason, you have not sent in your Birdies for Charity pledge, payment please do so as soon as possible.  All pledge payments must be received by CohnReznick on or before 6 p m Friday, September 19th.
 
Checks must be payable to “Travelers Championship”. Mail your check along with a copy of your billing invoice to:
