Ed has asked me to be the contact person with regards to our raffle of the MacBook Air.  I have the following people volunteering to work the table in selling tickets: 
  
Monday, July 6th, 1:00PM to 3:00PM -   Edward and Kate 
  
Monday, July 6th, 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM - Eileen and Stanley Torrow 
  
Monday, July 6th, 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM - Hamit and Aurora Campos 
  
  
  
Tuesday, July 7th, 8:30 AM to 11:30 AM - Terry and Julita Woolard 
  
Tuesday, July 7th, 11:30 AM to 2:30 PM - Maryanne and Encole 
  
Tuesday, July 7th, 2:30 to 5:00 PM - Betty and Bruce Woodward 
  
  
Wednesday, July 8th,  Noon to 1:45 PM - Beth and Charlie 
  
Wednesday, July 8th,  7:00 PM to 9:00 PM - OPEN 
  
  
Thursday, July 9th, Noon to 1:45 PM - Edgar and Justin (Noreen  if Justin is not available) 
  
Please note, Thursday, Noon to 1:45 is that last time the hall is open.  We have an opening for Wednesday, July 8th for the 7:00 PM to 9:-0 PM spot.  I am looking for two individuals to work it, Paul and I are not available.  If you are willing to work it, please let me know via email or cell, 860-306-6567.  Paul and I can fill in for anyone who can take this spot that is scheduled and is willing to switch out. 
  
Notices of the raffle with ticket prices and pertinent information , cash box, one dollar bills for change and the box to hold the tickets will be at the table.  I will try to make it to the table at the end of the  last shift to pick up the tickets, ticket box and cash box.
