[Ct-nfb] Should We Start a Mentoring Program?

Hello All, yes, I strongly believe in mentoring , one on one. Some of us
have been fortunate enough to have had a mentor. Older and successful
people enjoy being valuable to younger professionals just starting out.
Young professionals have someone to help them to understand how the system
works, how to get things done, workplace values and how to navigate an ever
more complicated work world. This journey is challenging enough without
blindness or visual impairment. Mary
