Hi Jim,

 

If we want to send in written participation, we probably ought to have some kind of direction on what to write about. I guess I feel like I would have more purpose in writing a letter rather than just a meandering letter that broadly talked about ADA accessibility, right?

 

I know that there is currently a process of developing mobile apps for tracking buses in Connecticut; I wonder if this can be relevant to such a testimony if we talk about making sure that those apps are accessible. 

 

Are there any other pressing issues that we ought to be talking about if we put in our testimony?

ADA PARTICIPATION GROUP FORUM

 

The Greater Hartford Transit District will hold a public forum on Wednesday, March 8, at 5:00 p.m. in the Transit District’s Multipurpose Room in the Union Station Transportation Center, One Union Place, Hartford, Connecticut.  Enter the Transportation Center from the north end of the Great Hall or from the outdoor north end entrance of Union Place.  

 

       The forum will include:

 

*         General ADA Update provided to the group by the Director of Paratransit.

*         Public participation related to the ADA Paratransit service. **
