Thank you Maryanne for not only helping the Willing workers, but
representing Connecticut in this National fundraiser. These funds will be
used to provide care bags, toiletries and snacks for residence and their
children who live in a shelter in New Orleans. The community service
division will visit one afternoon during the week of the convention to
distribute these items on behalf of NFB. There will also be Games,
additional door prizes and activities for National convention attendees.
The last time I checked Connecticut was in the top three on the list.
Shonda and Maryanne, you both are able to monitor as well because you made
a purchase.
When I created the store I set a goal to contribute $600 on behalf of Ct.
that means I would need to raise $1200 and I’m only half way there.
Whatever Connecticut’s contribution is in The end is helpful and greatly
appreciated. 🥰
