Hi Lucia,

I checked the minutes for Jan, 2023 and the minutes for Nov. 2022 and it 
wasn't an oversight. The Board votes to approve the convention business 
minutes at each convention. The July minutes were always approved at our 
January meetings. I hope this helps.
