Hello Renee:

August 23, I will celebrate 5 year anniversary of my Kidney Transplant, and
going strong, I would also try walking about 1/2 hr a day if you can, stay
away from soda period, I know that is hard. Low cards a way to go, but do
not eliminate any food group, that is they worst that you can do.

I have been diabetic over 25 years, and Lost my vision to complications from
diabetes, that is why I am now with the NFB, and yes diabetes affects every
part of your being. So the better control it is the better how many times a
day are you checking yourself.

Meaning blood sugar with a glucometer, and are you seeing an
Endocrinologist, these drs are specialists in Diabetes, make sure you get
you C-peptide done and A1C, to know exactly where you are with you diabetes.

The biggest compliment you can pay me is to recommend my services!
