[Diabetes-talk] Breakfast

This morning, I had a can of Nalley's Jalapeño Hot Chili con Carne!  But I'm on insulin so can cover for it.

Schwan's omelets are *very* low in carbohydrates (4 grams per omelet) although their fat content may be a bit higher than you'd like.

I'm sure the American Diabetes Association would recommend something like Kellog's All-bran as being high in fiber but without added sugar.  You've got the right idea with 1% milk although I'm sure diabetes fanatics would go further an recommend skim.
