One of the reasons I've stuck with my FreeStyle Lite meter is that my 
doctor can just download the results from it. But I always just keep 
a file of my own as well. But software is actually one of the biggest 
backlogs at the FDA. I've heard of packages that have just waited on 
a shelf for more than five years. So it wouldn't surprise me if that 
was part of the reason behind the delay. Too many hands in the stew, 
if you ask me. But I don't know, meter software hasn't really called 
me all that much. Give me the correct info from the meter in real 
time. Give me access to the pump, where I act on the information and 
initiate actions. That's what I really want and need. I don't 
mentally think in graph mode anyway.
