Hi Bridget,
I know that I probably shouldn't be posting this to the List but I will keep you in my prayers.
I know you have some challenges but it really sounds like you are trying to kaep on top of the situation.
After my Daughter Monica was killed in a bus accident my husband and I adopted two multiply-handicapped girls. I never felt differently about them.
They were my girls no matter how they arrived. They have both passed away due to medical conditions.
Our Biological Daughter also had Multible Issues.
If, at any time, you decide to adopt I am sure you will find it very rewarding.
