I was not to happy w/the gal I spoke with when calling and prefer to  order
my supplies on line. 
So when I emailed asking about the code was told to contact NFB.

I spoke recently with the President of Total Diabetes Supply and he agreed
to give NFB Members an additional 5% off his regular price when they tell
the person taking their order that they are a NFB Member.  That would be a
price of $8.45 for a box of 50 Prodigy test strips.  That is the lowest
Prodigy price I have heard of.  I put together a Word document with some of
the prices that Total Diabetes Supply offers NFB Members along with their
contact information.  They should be able to get the Prodigy Voice meter at
a very good price too.

Insofar as I know, NFB has no official arrangement with Total Diabetes
Supply although I believe Jerry Munden was/is involved in working on such an
arrangement.

Well, after a few years, I am now  trading in my solus and going to go back
and try the prodigy Voice again.

It appears the prodigy voice meter is not offered on the TDS (Total Diabetes
Supply)  site, but strips are.

I called TDS, and as someone mentioned NFB has a 5% discount when ordering
from TDS.. TDS says I need to get the code from NFB, anyone know from whom
or where  to get this code?

I did find the Prodigy Voice meter on the NFB site for the best price from
what I could locate and have ordered, but Strips are much more from there.
