I think this is something that's going to be different for each individual. 
It's going to depend on things like whether you are just getting back into 
exercise, whether you have other issues, such as high blood pressure, etc. 
I can tell you that I do cardio exercise on my tread mill, about 3 times a 
week for 45 minutes to an hour, and I attend an exercise class twice a week 
where we do stretching exercises for an hour.  It is not important for me to 
bulk up by lifting heavy weights.  But it may be different for you and I 
would strongly suggest you talk with a diabetic educator or your doctor 
about this.  Hope this helps.

Hello iwas just doing some research on what type exercise to perform on a
daily basis. As a blind of type 2 diabetes , what would be the best exercise
recommendations that most of you guys an gals on the list serve do on a
daily basis and how long and in how many repititions.
