Secondly, in addition to the housework I do, and the cooking I do, I probably wash anywhere from 15 to 20 loads of laundry a week which entails going up and down two flights of steps. Each flight of steps from floor to floor is 13 steps. So, I ask you. I may be selfish and lazy. But, how much more exercise, in the name of exercise, do I really need than that??? So, as you see, if you want to talk about exercises and repetitions, I stink!! Yes. I admit it. Bottom line here is, if I have to do it in the name of exercise, it's not going to happen. If I have a plate to my exercise, a purpose, a reason, then of course.
