Oh you poor person,
smoking doesn't help at all.
Yes I understand if you can't cook and need freezer dinners and such.
Being sad, do you lleave your home at any time to go visiting, or is it 
with just folks who smoke?
I wouldn't know the rite words to say how bad this is for your health.
I would hate to see you have a heart attack.
That wouldnot help either.
I am pleased you came to this list, and I hope in many ways we can help 
you out.
I also am a type two diabetic.
I made home made potato soup the other day,
It is keeping my numbers low in the mornings.
I am sorry it is hard for you to test, but glad you have a nurse come 
to help you out.
Keep writing, we might be able to come up with more to help you out.
