It's possible to buy 1 quart crockpots which so far as I know is the
smallest size and that ought to work well for one. If possible have
mixed unsalted nuts on hand regularly for snacks. Eating those tend to
cut the sugar cravings and some of those nuts have other health
benefits.
I rarely eat cold serial any more since it usually has milk on it that
has 1 gram of protein for each ounce of milk. Granola I may eat dry and
Oatmeal I eat but add peanutbutter to the oatmeal for some protein to
balance the carbs.

My sister got me a bag of coconut sugar she say has a low glycemic index
and I need to compare that with stevia which is the other sweetener I
use when I use sweeteners.
Other current science norridge science report has it weight gets better
handled when people eat only while the sun is up. I don't know why this
is but that's what a study turned up.

I don?t mind having enough for 2 or 3 nights top, but after that I find I get sick of it. You have a large family there and I?m sure its a wonder appliance, but I think for singles especially if trying to watch weight its a bit too much.

Because I have 2 little kids and am busy, I make a lot of crockpot meals. I will take most recipes and turn into a crockpot meal even if it's not originally a crockpot recipe.

I?m having some back issues that make standing difficult, but I am making the best of things. I use the crock pot quite a bit, as well as frozen fruits and vegetables. Even if you can just throw some vegetables in the microwave, along with a baked potato or something, that?s a good start.
