Hello friend. Congratulations on bringing your number done! First let me
assure you that there are no dumb questions, folks on this list are happy to
help one another.

As others have said I believe the best way is to watch your cars, walking,
plenty  of water and proper rest. It sounds to me like you have a good start
in the right direction.

Hi I went to my doctor yesterday an my numbers came down from 8.1 to 7.9 so
do you have any tips that help bring numbers down? also I know that normal
fasting numbers should be between 70 and 100 but what numbers are a
reasonable guideline for me to use since my numbers are above seven. I am
still new at all of this. thanks much. I t isn't my intention to ask dumb
questions.thanks in advance.
