I totally aggreed with that as going back a few years within 4 months I broke my ankle & sugars spike and after that healed I fell in Baltimore while visiting the NFB and by the time I returned home the next day I had high blood sugars so I went directly from the airport to MedNow and learned I had a 5th metatarsil break.

My blood sugars always run high when I am in a lot of pain especially after a surgery. Arthritis pain, not so much! I remember having a lot of trouble keeping my blood sugars under 200 after my recent shoulder surgery. I’m sure a severe migraine will have a similar effect on your blood sugars.
