Hi,

Have you been referred to a dietitian that specializes in working with
diabetics. If the dietitian looks at your blood work when you go in for a
check up or even the last visit that you had with the doctor, they can make
suggestions for helping you with a meal plan that will work for you.

I will say also that the suggestings made here are fairly good as many of
the folks here on this list have been dealing with diabetes for a long time.

My you find healthing eating.
