I have steel oatswith cinnamon and slices of either strawberries or apples.
Also if you like cottage cheese, this is great with fruit
Maybe a egg scramble using veggies
Just some helpful thoughts

I like oatmeal with unsweetened soy milk, 1 T. ground flaxseed meal, cinnamon and top with frozen blueberries.
