[Dtb-talk] issues with using victor stream

If you have the VR Stream 2.0 update with the latest Stream Companion software, the Stream Companion Software will take care of unzipping and moving digital 
talking books into the stream.  As I understand it, you can upgrade without a charge.  There can still be difficulties if you download other files to different folders 
because Internet Explorer tends to download to the folder you last used.  However, if you download your talking book to the expected folder and you have the 
Stream Companion pointed to that folder, it really works pretty well.  The problem of finding downloaded files is a general problem and not one that is really the 
Stream's fault.
