[Electronics-talk] Cell phones

Apparently now in California the CTAP program now is distributing cell 
phones to people. I don't know all of the criteria but part of it is that 
the person receiving a cell phone may not already have one. A local consumer 
representative is supposed to come to our next chapter meeting to discuss 
the new changes in the program.
