[Electronics-talk] gas VS electric stoves

in the U. S. gas stoves do not have pilot lights, at least those that
have been manufactured in the last 20 years or so. They use electric
starters. I like the control of the flame that you get from gas. i
have found that it is easier to undercook or overcook something using an
electric stove. In the past, gas was a lot cheaper to use, but I think
that has leveled out these days.

It is a preference call. The only thing I don't like about gas is
having
to light the pilot lights if they go out; otherwise I like them both.
Gas
is pretty easy to adjust since you can hear its volume.
