Hi,
The Marshie is not that sensitive.
I use my Computer using JAWS only about 10 feet away and the volume is
medium high and the Radio does not talk.
On the top there is a bar with a raised line and all you need to do is to
press and it will say "command please, you say the command and it does it
and then if you say thank you it will say you are welcome.
The voice is a soft gentle female sound.
I also have my TV on and it does not set off the voice and when I talk on
the phone which is three feet away it does not ask me any questions.

It seems to me that if this radio responds to voice commands, then it could
be inadvertently activated by speech from a TV in the room. Is there any
way to set the Moshi radio to respond only to commands from a real person
and not by speech from a TV? And is there any way to hear the time
announcement by just pressing a button instead of speaking a command? When
I'm half asleep in the middle of the night, the last thing I want to do is
yell at a clock radio to find out the current time.
