Ray, as far as I know, the DVR still isn't as accessible as it should be. You had a lot more patience with it, though so I'm not sure and am not willing to get it to see. The last 2 months, I have had issues paying the bill. You can do it via the telephone using the automated service at no charge, however. Can't answer your other questions, I'm afraid.

for finantial reasons, I am considering a move back to comcast, but, had questions.
1. How accessible is the service overall?
2. Is it now possible for a blind person to program the DVR via the web interfase as it now is with AT&T U-Verse?
3. What about Xfinity? Are there any details of which I need to be aware?
4. As for bill payment, IS this still accessible as it once was?
