It's not even possible to buy anything in high cost locations for which 
you pay the same price in the rest of the countr4y from other than 
public service products like postage stamps and that's because their 
price has been set on a national basis.  Put quite simply, New York City 
and Washington D.C. is where the money is with a possible third place 
finisher of San Fransisco.  Then after that you go to Hawaii and Alaska. 
 Hawaii for extreme cost of real estate and imports and Alaska because 
of the weather.  Then there's Montana.
