[Electronics-talk] Project Ray/Odin Mobile Smartphone

Carol, I really liked the phone as well. I am in contract with Verizon, so
can't switch right now. I'd like to know more about the limitations of it
versus the iPhone. I also don't do the double-tap well.

You feel around and when you get what you want, you simply lift your finger.
For me, this is much more efficient/effective than tapping. I did not do
well at the tapping thing but immediately could get a good handle on this
and I also support the fact that someone has done this. It doesn't bother
me at all to use something that was created for us blind folks. After all,
we are blind and do have certain needs related thereto, i.e. I use JAWS.
I'm not taking issue with anyone else's preferences but isn't it great that
we do have options? I'm also not presupposing that my family won't find me
very hard to live with as I learn. I don't do well at learning new things.
You should see me on my new job, but I am making it.
