Hi all,
I too have questions about ordering new labels for the Pen Friend. I'll tell you what little I know!
You can record again your message to the label again especially if u messed up the first recording. This means you can record the label as many times as you wish! I believe your messages are stored in the memory of the pen friend itself. It associates message with symbols or letters on a given label. As you may know, the pen friend is also an MP3 player. If you simply wish to label in this way only, consider the talking label wand from LSS products, Buffalo New York. I have them both and they both work nicely. The talking label wand is cheaper and all functions speak! This is not the case with my particular pen friend.

Can the labels be re-used or are they one time use only? In other words:

As an example, say you purchase a can of corn, label the can, later, after you use the can of corn and purchase another (because you really love corn and can not wait to get more:)), can you remove the label from the old can and place it on the new can or is it some type of adhesive that starts to lose its stick if removed and affixed to something new? Hopefully that made sense:).
