[Electronics-talk] Netflicks introducing audio description for theblind

Totally wrong.  You do not have to log in on your PC or Mac.  All you have to do is watch on your prefered device and, when you start playing, access the audio menu and from there, choose English with Audio description.

The Web site's value serves to indicate what programs offer audio description.
