Thank you for your interest in Arizona Loans for Assistive Technology 
(AzLAT). One of the loan requirements is you must be an Arizona Resident. 
Other states may have their own program. I have attached a brochure of our

Dear Martha:

someone on an email discussion list from the National Federation of the 
Blind mentioned that you have a low interest loan to help disabled people 
purchase adaptive equipment.  Is this loan only for residents of Arizona or, 
is it available to anyone?  I will look forward to hearing your answer.
