Friends:

To follow up on my quick note of earlier today, I had a very candid and
productive conversation with Mr. Scott Matt, a customer service engineer
with ROKU.

We discussed my very favorable reaction to the high level of the
accessibility to the many Channels they offer for activation.

Scott also clearly stated that he understood the significant barrier
posed by the current TTS engine. He stated that it is the most important
issue moving forward with their accessibility effort.

It was clear that while he may not have the particulars of some of the
application engineering information I might have wished, he is tasked
with a serious effort to interface with our community.

To that end, he did ask me what kind of forum or mechanism would be of
greatest use to us as blind ROKU customers. There isn't a great deal of
interaction among ROKU customers as of now.

I would be pleased to forward specific ideas to him. I will also forward
any messages to our community in general if ROKU would like to communicate.

Again, of all the strategies for consuming OTT and other IP TV I think
it is the clear front runner, at this time.
