I do a similar thing, I have a Word document, that is password protected, and I put names and other info in it in alphabetical order, so I can find easily. I then put it in DropBox so I can get at it in a variety of places, and on a variety of devices.

I keep a file of addresses and phone numbers on my braille notetaker, and back it up to my PC occasionally.
I just scribble whatever I think is important, usually at least a name, phone, and description of what it is, if it's for a person or business I don't know well.

Hi,

I have two questions:

1:What is the best simple system for keeping phone numbers and addresses offline? I used to have a braille rollodex but that was not portable.

2:What is the best simple system for keeping phone numbers and addresses on the computer? I have contacts on my iPhone but they're a mess because of the Cloud.

Thanks,

Lauren
