[Fabs] productivity apps

Hi all:
Just wondering, for those of you who are iPhone users,
are there any accessible productivity/to-do-list type apps out there?
Specifically any of the type where you write your to-do-list and then
you can check things off as you go, with some kind of reminder system
that would remind you when you wrote
things in the list--for instance, you wrote a task at 2P.M.  and
another at 3, and you'd get reminders at both hours you set them, and
you can just check off as you go?
I know there are some out there--I don't remember names off the top of
my head, but don't know about accessibility.
