[Faith-talk] Mandates On Who Can and Can't Have Children?

I heard that in North Korea, they put disabled people in subhuman
goulags where having children i not permitted.  That is according to
Human Rights Watch.  God bless those people and hope that Kim Jong Il
is deposed.
