Greg we're all called tominister in some capacity.  As far as people I've known in ministry, my mentor Jim Omvig served as an elder in his church.  Robert Eschbach is a retired United Methodist pastor and a wonderful piano player.  The first president of the communities of faith division  has been a chaplain and last time I talked to him a few years ago was acandidate for a pastorate.I'm what some denominations call a lay reader but Catholics call a Lector and am also a Eucharistic minister.  I'm a cup minister but I can distribute either species.
