[Faith-talk] New NIV and the Lord's Prayer

The NIV 2010 reads, "Our Father in Heaven"
For the opening of the Lord's Prayer in Matthew 6.
If people are spreading stories about this version that are false, they are
bearing false witness.
The Niv has not changed gender language for God.
In fact, the NIV 2010 is stepping back from some gender language changes
made in the TNIV, and even in the TNIV they did not change any gender
language references to God.
Please, let us speak the truth!
