[Faith-talk] Try to put the forwards in perspective

Eric, the perspective is that you don't delete the headers on them, 
or take the group names out of the subject lines. Most of them you 
send do not generate any discussion. Those who want them can get them 
privately, and that will cut down on the list traffic.
