oh this answers one question. So terms "church of england" and "anglican" 
are the same.

The Wesley family were all Anglican or members of the Church of England.

Do you mean John Wesley?
What does he have to do with George Fox?
You said you read Calvinist and Quaker preachers and then mention these
names.

If we are talking about the same Wesley, he founded the Methodist church,
but may have been Quaker; not sure.
His teachings do line up with scripture.

Predestination is for the church, as a group, not individual predestination.
I have read writings by both Calvinists, and Quaker preachers, (I came
out of the Quaker church.)
I find Wesley's beliefs supported with scripture, and in my oppinion,
Wesley, and George Fox line up more with scripture, than Calvin.
