Hello and good day to you all once again.  This is Paul and this morning at 7:30 a.m. eastern time, I heard a message from God's Word on the radio that was so inspiring and enlightening that I am sharing it with you, if of course you have the time and are interested.  Please read below for more details.

The broadcast in question is "The Old Country Church Broadcast," the daily radio voice of the Maranatha Baptist Church of Elkton, Maryland in the northeastern part of our state, which is also the home church for the Maryland Baptist Bible College.  The talk was given by Alan Dickerson Jr., the son of the pastor, Dr. Alan Dickerson Sr.  The topic under discussion was that of needs versus wants in a Christian's life.  The first 15 minutes of the broadcasts consists primarily of local announcements and prayers for church members with two Gospel songs interspersed within that time frame.  But the last 15 minutes is given over to the sermon title in question.  Again the broadcasts occurrs from 5 to 5:30 p.m. eastern time.
