Hi popa bear
I am 26 years old.  I lost my sight  at age 11 but before that I still
had bit of sight.

I think it is easier to be totally blind right from the beginning than
to loose it later I sometimes wonder that.

as far as training goes there is no training here in Canada. there is
no centers  for the blind and  the cnib here in Canada really does not
offer much training nothing like a center would do.
