[Faith-talk] healing, blindness and other thoughts

Hi George -- My experience has been that people who have been born blind or
lost their sight at a very early age and have blindness skills developed at
an early age tend to have your opinion. The people that have a harder time
doing without vision are those like myself that have lost their vision
either as adults or gradually from childhood, and so need to work a lot
harder at coping skills.
Sometimes it gets hard to have a wonderful attitude.
Sorry to ruffle your feathers.

I for one dont want my sight back, and i find it extremely annoying when
people want to pray for God to give me sight as if there was anything wrong
with being blind.
No thank you, God made me this way and i am happy being blind and dont feel
like I missed anything.
Sorry about the rant, but when blind or cited Christians start talking about
"" getting cured "", it ticks me off to no end.
