Well, it sounds like Andrew has something going, someplace he 
could go for training.  Granted it won't be an NFB Center but he 
can learn some good skills, and excuse my sarcasm but yes, blind 
folks do function well who haven't been to an NFB center.  Yes, I 
believe they are the best, but he can learn some good skills.
