Hello and greetings from hopefully the last oppressive day here in the
Baltimore and mid-Atlantic region of our country, and I'm sure it's the
same elsewhere. Other than the heat and humidity I hope that today is
going well for you when you read this message, by God's matchless grace
and His providential care.

Here are today's two quotes for yor consideration, pondering and reflection.

Why not learn to enjoy the little things? There are so many of them.
(quote compiler's comment: I hope I can find them this coming weekend
at the Calvary Chapel men's Bible conference in Middleburg VA some ten
miles (16 km) north of the Loudon County seat of Leesburg).

Always forgive your enemies. Nothing annoys them so much. Oscar Wilde
(quote compiler's comment: And they probably wouldn't expect
forgiveness anyway).

And that will do it for now. Later on in this space will be another
piece of timely literature, as I don't have anything from Tim Smith and
the Museum of the Bible for this week. Until then or until tomorrow
when, Lord willing more quotes will be posted, I am your obedient
servant of the One who lived an earthly existence, died to pay for your
sins and mine, and now lives forever to bring us His salvation and
peace, Oil of Gladness.
