Shikha, I know several people from the DC area take the train and have no 
trouble.  The cost from the DC area is almost the same as a flight, but from 
your area it may be different.

If money is an issue, you might be able to stay for part of the convention.

I think I and some of our team members met you at Washington seminar.  It 
was good meeting you.
