Unfortunately, I don't have an answer to your question; I just know that I
had one that had been donated by my church when I was maybe 11; and, of
course, at that age, you're less likely to look into who produced it, LOL!
All I remember is that its paper and the way it was bound (the cover was
stapled in) was similar to what you'd see in today's "Cook's Illustrated" or
any of the other mags available through NLS-which made it very durable.
