[Flagdu] FLAGDU seminar invitation and membership form, please read! (2 attachments)

Hello to all,

On behalf of the FLAGDU Board, last week, an envelope was mailed out to all
current FLAGDU members, and those past members whose names we have in our
files. The envelope contains a letter, announcing details of our upcoming
seminar at the NFBF state convention, inviting all to attend. The letter
also encourages everyone to mail their 2012 FLAGDU dues in the enclosed
postage paid addressed envelope. There is also a membership form to return
along with the dues, but much of it is already filled out unless your
contact info has changed.

That same letter and form are attached to this email. If you did not receive
these FLAGDU materials in the mail, but are interested in joining our guide
dog users division, you can print out the form and send it, along with your
dues of five dollars, to the following address:

Please make your check payable to FLAGDU, or Florida Association of Guide
Dog Users. As it says in the attached letter, please remember that these
dues are for FLAGDU only. Your NFBF convention registration and dues are
entirely separate from dues to FLAGDU. Please read the letter, since it
gives details about a cash door prize which will be available only to those
who have sent in their dues prior to the convention. It also tells about our
exciting seminar plans.

If you have questions or comments, please feel free to reply to me. Reply to
"all" only if there's something you would like to share with all three
lists, as this email is being sent to the flagdu, nfbf and Leaders lists. My
apologies to those who get this email in tripplicate! We're just making sure
we don't leave anyone out.

I hope to receive lots of envelopes with your dues and form so we can enter
your name in the door prize drawing, for which you must be present to win.
